Meet the Founder
Theophilus Jones didn't come from the moving industry. He didn't have a family business to inherit or a mentor to show him the ropes. What he had was a simple belief — that people deserve to be treated with honesty and care during one of the most stressful moments of their lives.
Starting from scratch, Theophilus built Jones Transport and Cleaning Services with little more than determination, a strong work ethic, and a genuine desire to do things differently. In an industry where hidden fees and unreliable service had become all too common, he saw an opportunity to build something people could actually trust.
He took on every role in those early days — loading vans, scrubbing floors, answering calls late into the evening. Every job was personal to him, because he understood what it felt like to need help and not know who to turn to.
Today, that same spirit runs through everything Jones does. The team he has built around him shares his values — show up on time, treat every home with respect, and never leave a customer feeling let down.
